Shipping and Handling: USPS Priority Mail®

-Orders over $100.00 - Shipping is free
USPS Priority Mail - By United States Postal Service
USPS Priority Mail - Shipping times are estimates. Shipping times can take up to 8 business days. USPS is not a guaranteed service, no shipping charge refunds for shipping delays. USPS Priority Mail is not an upgraded or expedited shipping service.
Backorders
In the event an item on your order is unavailable, you will be contacted via email with the options of: 1) Waiting until the product arrives 2) Substitute an item 3) Cancel & refund your monies for the backordered item
NO additional shipping charges will apply to backorders.
SHIPPING CUT OFF & PROCESSING TIMES
Orders shipping via USPS Priority Mail must be placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday-Friday for same day shipping. Cigar 30 doesn't ship on weekends but still processes orders. Tracking Emails can be sent on weekends but will not be updated until UPS or USPS pickup on Monday.
International Shipping
Currently we do not do international shipping.
State Restrictions
California: In accordance with Senate Bill 39 all shipments require an adult signature before completing the delivery. It also requires us to give you a telephone call to confirm the order, after 5:00 P.M.
Massachusetts: Due to State Regulations we do not ship any flavored tobacco products into Massachusetts.
South Dakota: State Regulations dictate that we can not ship tobacco products into South Dakota. Sorry.
Utah: State Regulations dictate that we can not ship tobacco products into Utah. Sorry.
SALES TAXES
We are required to collect and remit sales tax in the following states.
Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of these states is the responsibility of the purchaser:

Chargebacks / NSF Checks
Canceling or reversing the credit card transaction, after your order is fulfilled or writing an NSF check will result in a $45 fee, due immediately upon request. We will take all legal action, if needed.
