The Opus X Lost City Pyramide cigars have a unique story tied to the movie The Lost City. In 2004, during filming, Andy Garcia wanted to shoot a key scene at Chateau de la Fuente in July. Normally, there wouldn’t be any tobacco plants growing there at that time, as they’re typically harvested in March.

To accommodate the movie, Carlito Fuente planted tobacco at the Chateau during the summer specifically for the scene. After filming, the tobacco was harvested and aged for five years, eventually becoming the Fuente Fuente OpusX The Lost City cigars.

These rare cigars are released only twice a year in limited quantities. Unlike the usual Opus X, they’re known for being less strong and peppery.
