At Cigar 30, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order to ensure your premium cigars and accessories arrive in excellent condition. As a veteran and family-owned business, we appreciate your support and work hard to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Cigar 30 offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.50 on eligible domestic orders.
We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail, with tracking information provided for each shipment.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Order Processing & Shipping Cutoff
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Eastern Time are generally eligible for same-day shipping, provided all items are in stock and the order does not require additional verification.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally ship the next business day.

Orders may be processed and tracking numbers generated over the weekend; however, packages will not enter transit until the carrier receives them.

Orders requiring age verification, address confirmation, or additional review may experience processing delays.
Same-day shipping is our goal but is not guaranteed.
Estimated Delivery Times
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–3 business days after carrier acceptance, although delivery may take longer depending on destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Please note:

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Weekends and holidays may affect delivery schedules.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside Cigar 30's direct control.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable for carrier delays alone, except where required by law.
We recommend placing orders early if your purchase is needed by a specific date.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after a shipping label has been created.
A shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean the package has been picked up by the carrier.
You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided in your email.
Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this occurs, we will contact you by email and offer the following options:

Wait for Restock: Keep the unavailable item on backorder until it becomes available.

Product Substitution: Replace the unavailable item with an agreed-upon alternative.

Refund: Cancel the unavailable item and receive a refund for that portion of your order.
If an order requires multiple shipments because of a backordered item, Cigar 30 will cover any additional standard shipping charges resulting from the backorder.
We will not substitute products without customer approval.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@itscigar30.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Any refunds or reshipments will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us.
We recommend first reviewing your tracking information and checking with household members, neighbors, or your local postal carrier.
If the package remains missing, contact us at info@itscigar30.com with your order number.
We will assist in reviewing tracking information and, when appropriate, initiating a carrier investigation or insurance claim.
Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be evaluated based on the circumstances, carrier findings, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged Shipments
We carefully package our cigars and accessories to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the affected items and packaging if available.
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
This requested reporting timeframe does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
Age Verification & Tobacco Delivery
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase tobacco products from Cigar 30.
By placing an order containing tobacco products, you certify that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and receive those products.
Cigar 30 reserves the right to verify a customer's age and identity before processing or shipping an order.
Additional age verification, government-issued identification, adult signature confirmation, or other procedures may be required depending on the shipping destination and applicable laws.
Orders that cannot meet applicable age verification or delivery requirements may be canceled.
State & Local Shipping Restrictions
Tobacco shipping laws and regulations vary by state and local jurisdiction. Cigar 30 complies with applicable shipping restrictions and reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled.
The following restrictions currently apply under Cigar 30's stated shipping policies:
California: Tobacco shipments are subject to additional age verification, order confirmation, packaging, and adult signature requirements under California law. Orders may require telephone confirmation after 5:00 PM before shipment.
Massachusetts: Cigar 30 does not ship flavored tobacco products to Massachusetts.
South Dakota: Cigar 30 does not ship tobacco products to South Dakota.
Utah: Cigar 30 does not ship tobacco products to Utah.
Additional restrictions may apply to other states, municipalities, or product categories.
Cigar 30 reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally shipped to the requested destination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases comply with applicable laws, without limiting Cigar 30's own legal obligations.
International Shipping
Cigar 30 does not currently offer international shipping.
We only ship to eligible domestic addresses within the United States, subject to applicable laws and carrier restrictions.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes and other required taxes or fees are calculated during checkout based on the products purchased, shipping destination, and relevant tax laws.
Customers may be responsible for additional taxes or obligations imposed by their jurisdiction where applicable.
