LCA Mexican Chocolate Toro

The LCA Mexican Chocolate Toro is a bold, full-bodied, limited-release cigar showcasing rare tobacco and the experimental blending behind Tabacalera Annex, a factory built around the talents and tobacco resources of AJ Fernandez.

Presented in a 6 x 54 box-pressed Toro, Mexican Chocolate features an extremely dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an exceptionally rare binder grown by AJ Fernandez himself. Only one hectare of this binder tobacco was harvested, making the crop far too limited for a traditional national release. The blend is completed with select filler tobaccos pulled from AJ Fernandez's extensive tobacco arsenal.

That scarcity is exactly what makes LCA Mexican Chocolate such an interesting release. LCA specializes in bringing small-batch and experimental blends to market, and this cigar takes advantage of a tobacco that otherwise may never have found its way into a finished production cigar.

The flavor profile is every bit as dark and rich as the wrapper suggests. Pre-light aromas offer sweet molasses and baking spices, while the foot brings together espresso bitterness and chocolate sweetness. The cold draw introduces cocoa, red pepper, and spice before the cigar is even lit.

Once burning, expect a rich combination of sweet molasses, cocoa, red pepper, cedar, espresso, and baking spice. The profile balances sweetness, spice, and darker roasted flavors while maintaining the full-bodied character expected from a Mexican San Andrés cigar.

For smokers who enjoy dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper cigars, AJ Fernandez blends, full-bodied cigars, and limited-edition LCA releases, the LCA Mexican Chocolate Toro delivers a unique combination of rare tobacco, experimental blending, and deep, dessert-inspired flavor.
